Keep food out of your vehicles, keep them locked, and never leave trash on the deck. 🚰 The cabin runs on a private well. The water is safe and tested, and it can taste and feel different from city water. 🛣 Mountain roads. The drive in is winding and the driveway climbs. Fine in normal conditions, slow going in ice or snow. 🔇 Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. Sound carries between cabins on this ridge. 🐾 No pets, no exceptions. 🔧 No maintenance or housekeeping visits during your stay unless you ask for one.

The cabin sits on a quiet wooded ridge off Rabbit Point Way in Sevierville, above and away from the Parkway traffic but still inside easy reach of it. Neighbors are cabins, not houses, and most nights the loudest thing you will hear is the wind. Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge attractions are about fifteen minutes down the mountain, the Sevierville outlets and grocery stores about twenty, and Gatlinburg and the national park entrance about thirty.

🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock. Your code arrives before arrival, no key handoff, no meeting anyone. 🚗 Parking for three vehicles on a private wooded drive. The last stretch is uphill, so take it slow in a low car. 🪜 The cabin is multi-level. The game room and two of the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. One king bedroom is on the main level. 🛁 Hot tub, fire pit, decks, both living areas and all balconies are yours. The whole cabin is private to your group, nothing is shared.

A car is necessary. There is no public transport to the cabin, and the roads in are winding mountain roads with a climbing driveway at the end. Parking for three vehicles at the cabin. Pigeon Forge runs a seasonal trolley along the Parkway and Gatlinburg has paid parking garages downtown, both worth using on busy days once you have driven down.
